Randy Nathan, affectionately known as Coach Randy is the President/CEO of Project NextGen. He is best-selling author of "Bullying in Sports: A Guide to Identifying the Injuries We Don’t See" published by Pearson Education and national anti-bullying expert. He is the New Jersey State Representative and certified national trainer for the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program out of Clemson University, a national trainer for the Positive Coaching Alliance, an adjunct Professor at Union County College, on staff with the Rutgers University School of Social Work, and the former Mental Training/Life Coach for the Rutgers-Newark baseball team. He earned his BA from the University of Colorado in sociology and education, an MA in Executive Non-Profit Management from Hebrew Union College and an MSW from the University of Southern California. He is a visitor on the NFL Network, NJ TV12, NBC News, CBS News, Fox News, RNN and is the New York area anti-bullying expert for Fox 5’s Good Day NY, Fox 5 News NY, NBC News NY and CBS News NY.
