This policy explains our views and practices on service delivery and refunds, and how they may pertain to you as a user of our website, products, and services.
“You” or “Your” means you as a participant in or as a user of the GoTimeLearning.com website. “We” or “Our” or “Us” means GoTimeLearning.com. “Our site” means GoTimeLearning.com.
All of our services are made available and delivered digitally, with confirmations, receipts, reports delivered via email to the e-mail or e-mails you provided us with upon signing up as a customer. Please allow 15 to 20 minutes for the email to arrive. Please check your junk and spam folders as well.

All of our services are covered by a 30 day money back guarantee. The countdown to 30 days starts the moment that your purchase is successfully processed.
To be clear, if you are not happy with our service, you get all your money back during the first 30 days of service with us. The only exception to this is in cases where you order something ‘extra’ like a site virus clean-up or site add-on. In this case (assuming we performed the work as specified) there would either not be a refund or there would be a reduced refund depending on the circumstances.
After your refund is processed we may send you a short (and optional) survey asking why you refunded a particular service. Your feedback will be used to improve our services and user experience.
